Missouri Hunting

Mid-America Hunting Association self guided hunts extend beyond wild turkey including Mule and Whitetail Deer hunts in Iowa, Kansas and Missouri.

Our single cost, all access private land hunts approach allows each spring turkey hunter to combine a deer scouting on the same lease land from spring to fall. Frequently that next spring's turkey hunt is as much a means to break into a new deer hunting area as a spring turkey hunt.

This same approach allows the turkey hunter to waterfowl and upland bird hunt for pheasant and Bobwhite Quail as well.

While the deer and turkey hunt combination is prevalent there is also the buddy hunt system where those turkey hunters that have never pheasant, quail or duck or goose hunted may team up with another MAHA member that does hunt those disciplines for a crossover experience. The buddy hunt system is simple with all those looking for a crossover hunt or for that matter a hunting buddy within deer and turkey hunting are listed and all on the list receive a copy. Listed members then call each other and work out the details of matching up hunt styles and days.

Not only does MAHA take a away many of the constraints hunters have for not having success, MAHA also offers the opportunity for spending more days in the field during the season.

Latest Success

From a long time traveling bow hunter showing his latest success. This hunter we have had yearly discussions and feedback with and he has graciously been part of the reference list for a good couple of years. He is one of those hunters that left us with a bit of wisdom that has stuck with us from that one incidental conversation long ago. That wisdom he expressed to a potential applicant was answering the question about if our hunts were good. This hunter's response was how can hunting be bad, its hunting, it is better than most other of what we do.
